In cold winter months, I am obsessed with all things leather, and in Spring/Summer I am obsessed with all things denim denim! I've recently just rediscovered a denim jacket that I got in American Eagle 5 years ago and I can't stop wearing it- definitely a key piece this Spring which will no doubt be coming to the blog soon! What better time to channel an all denim look than when the sun is shining? But I did have to add my little Zara leather jacket on top because it's still chilly here even though it does look deceivingly warm.
My off the shoulder obsession is growing and growing, I said in my last post that I had to pay a trip to Forever 21 before the Glasgow store shut down, and thats exactly what I did. I stocked up on cute Spring tops and blouses like this one. I'm starting to now buy items that are versatile and that I can wear here in Scotland and when I go to warmer holiday destinations. I think this top will be so cute with white shorts and a tan..I can't stop dreaming about Summer! Coachella style was taking over my feed this weekend and I had to join in a little bit even though I'm at the other side of the world- I pulled out my round sunglasses from last year, these ones are from Quay Australia and I literally wore them everyday last Summer.. And this year won't be any different! The fashion at Coachella was unreal..I saw a few of my favourite icons wearing this belt at the festival so I decided to add this to my look too.
I have a love hate relationship with these jeans, sometimes I love them and sometimes I hate them! I often feel like they make my legs look bigger than they actually are but when I matched my new top with them it was the perfect duo being the exact same colour! I'm finding it hard to step away from black jeans now that Spring is here, they are my ultimate fave. But i'm getting there..slowly but surely!
I haven't worn this little Gucci in a while so I felt it was time it had an outing..and it matches perfectly with my belt! I love this bag for anytime of year..especially Summer when I always prefer to carry a smaller bag which is preferably cross-body like this one. It's much easier for carrying a few essentials. I got these sandals on sale from Dorothy Perkins a few weeks back and I love the block heel, it creates a more casual look but also gives me the height I need! This colour also goes with everything, these will definitely be coming with me on my Summer adventures- When in a hot climate I often prefer to wear casual heels like these or wedges compared to high formal heels- I don't know why, it's just preference!
