SUNNY SUNDAY
A sunny Sunday after a busy week calls for over indulging in food and enjoying the short lived sunshine. What better way to over indulge than donuts and slushies from Tantrum Donuts and then a trip to my new fave place Ad Lib on Ingram Street. After tasting a few of the Tantrum Donuts at numerous blog events and seeing them all over Instagram, I just had to visit! How pretty is the presentation? Presentation is key, especially for bloggers to make our feeds look pretty! I went for the coconut and lime slushie and the raspberry and pistachio donut..yum- The perfect morning snack to line my stomach before heading to Ad Lib for amazing food and cocktails later on in the day.
As I was spending the whole of Sunday walking about the city centre, I wanted to be comfortable, so I opted for my favourite pair of white trainers but still kept it cute with my new off the shoulder blouse- How pretty are the tie details on the sleeves? I am obsessed with these new jeans that I got on ASOS, I was looking for the perfect pair of blue ripped jeans and I have eventually found them! I love how they are not too long and have cute zips at the bottom, I also love how they are a little bit loser but not boyfriend fit as I feel boyfriend jeans and baggier styles don't actually flatter my figure very much.
The extreme rips on these jeans make any plain outfit look instantly cool, they are perfect for the warmer weather and even abroad this summer. My new wardrobe staples! Accessorising is a must for any outfit, I wanted to keep jewellery simple and then add a statement with these H&M red reflective aviators so I layered up on lots of gold rings and two thin gold necklaces, a choker and a long necklace..I love the effect you get from layering and stacking delicate jewellery. I felt like my Celine bag hadn't been taken out for a while so I wore this to complete my look!
The next two weeks are going to be spent picking out pieces from my wardrobe and raiding the high street stores to put together and plan the perfect outfits for my next trip..I'm so excited to be visiting Amsterdam, It's somewhere I've wanted to travel to for so long and I can't wait to share it all with you guys...The countdown is on.
